I'm on a mission to make the world a more customer-centric place. Not just because this is a nice to do, but because customer-centricity is the most profitable strategy a business can implement in the current economic climate. So, together with my colleagues, I look for companies who are serious about capturing more value from their customers, and we do everything we can to make that happen.

For MCE, I have assisted senior executives to get their strategy implemented. I also support MCE in continously reshaping their own service portfolio and sales/marketing approach. 2008/09 assignments include Philips's globam NPS implementation, designing the new Lexus Customer Experience and developing a customer-centricity practice for MCE.
