Acted as IT Champion for mySAP CRM and Sales Force Automation, overseeing change requests from approval to execution. Led additional IT implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery across scope, time, and budget.

Managed the full IT portfolio for Sony’s manufacturing facility, overseeing infrastructure, operations, and local project delivery.
