As a Workplace Operations Manager, I was planning and managed projects, including construction, renovations replacement of offices, Catering, Transportation, Office Space Arrangements, Furniture Warehouse, Accommodation, Security and administration Services with budget responsibility of approximately US$ 58 M.

As the responsible leader of the Northern Area Community Service Division (covering Tanajib, Shaybah, Safaniyah, Tanajib-B, Ras Tanura, and Marine SBUs), my role entails arranging catering and accommodation for onsite employees by coordinating with various offices and continuously improving the quality of services by visiting and studying the location.

As a Workplace Services Manager, my responsibilities encompass various aspects related to optimizing the utilization of office space. This includes collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage lease transactions, encompassing direct leases, sublease agreements, and serviced office agreements.
