In this M.Sc. Program I learned about the formulation, implementation, and assessment of business strategies. This would encompass topics like strategic analysis, competitive advantage, business model design, corporate strategy, and the integration of various business functions to achieve organizational objectives. A central theme is also understanding how to drive, manage and sustain innovation in organizations.

This M.Sc. Program equipped me with skills needed to analyze business problems, provide solutions, and guide organizations through transformation. This includes understanding client needs, project management, communication skills, analytical tools, and ethical considerations in consultancy.
