Mainly tasks are connected with cooperation with main Marketing department according Brand Refreshment of SkylogistiX. One of the tasks was organization of company customers Christmas presents. Refreshing Newsletter every 2-3 months with update news.

My main duty was the overseeing of the busy spa area in the hotel, dealing with new arrival and upselling of spa packages. Preparing pictures for Instagram.

During the extremely busy time of the Winter Olympic Games I was responsible for the reception team and the overseeing the duties of reception. The duties included checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering the telephone and replying to emails. Taking hotel reservations and preparing hotel bills. Balancing cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift. Checking uploads on webpage and Instagram of the hotel.

Responsible for Hotel and Local reservations and reservation via Best Western World Wide group and block booking. Replying to all correspondences, allocating daily task to Reservation Staff. Review of daily reservations and arrival reports. I was responsible for preparation of occupancy forecast. Ensuring that repeats guest and VIP guess were given the best vip experience.

Working as part of the food and beverage team, I was responsible for creating and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to comfortable dining and providing excellent customer service at all times.

I was responsible for prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Plan and present bar menu. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

I was responsible for the all housekeeping duties in the hotel adhering to the hotel high standards. I was responsible for the ensuring each guests felt at home by keeping the hotel clean and welcoming and giving that little extra attention to the guest’s need.

As part of food & beverage team I was responsible for taking reservations and room service orders. Responsible for greeting, seating and thanking guests, bringing wine selections to tables with appropriate glasses and pour the wines for the customers. Food preparation duties such as preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, portioning deserts, and brewing coffee.
