Managing installed central and hotel property-based Hotel Information Systems (Opera, NOR1, SpaBooker, Micros POS, …) for 76 hotels and Global Sales Offices. Responsibilities include integration between different levels of databases and systems at hotel, central and distribution levels.

Overseeing and coordinating all Reception and Guest Relations operations. Responsibilities include per-arrival arrangements, arrivals and departures of VIPs, return and extended stay guests, recruitment, staff schedules, budgeting, creation and implementation of policies, ensure quality levels are met. Be the permanent Duty Manager whilst on site.

Managing the Reception, Bell-men, Night Auditors and Spa while having overall responsibility for the Hotel IT. Responsibilities include: guest arrivals, pre-arrival arrangements, guest complaints, VIP stays, recruitment, staff scheduling, budgeting, up-selling, keeping track of the KPI's, ensure the PCI DSS compliance, maintain all hotel systems.
