Managed operations at this midwest brewpub operation. Table service and menu included Pizza, Calzone, Soups and Salads. Kitchen and Bar management, as well as oversight of day to day operations.

Worked primarily in customer service. During this time, also worked in grocery, frozen foods, and produce. Involved with training and supervision of front end employees and handling customer needs.
