Balancing and prioritizing multiple, sometimes conflicting investment needs across the operations network.

Leading the value achievement management of a global, multi-million dollar operations efficiency program. Partnering with and guiding global assessment teams and evaluating, prioritizing and supporting the identified initiatives in a 500+ project portfolio to ensure the right strategic decisions for the program pipeline in accordance with capacity/demand plans and overall strategy. Responsible for creating and enabling a sustainable, low-effort monthly tracking process for around 200 participants.
