Extension of service offerings from Local Government into Central Government (Departement for transport Shared Service Centre) and NHS (HR Shared Service Centre). Total TCV € + 500 Mio. Core Services: Customer Service, Financial Services, IT Services, HR Services, Print Services

Responsible for delivery of € 170 Mio Outsourcing deal across mulitple back and front office services. Transfer of + 500 employees from public sector into private sector employment. Set-up of company inclucing HR / Finance.

B) P&L responsibility for Business Line, F&A Outsourcing / Payment Services
