 Worked with customers to identify their work flow processes and business challenges in employee time tracking to create a Business Requirements document (BRD).  Worked with internal teams (billing, engineering, sales) for best interest of the customer.  Helped Administrators to setup the user profiles, time off policies, timesheet periods & formats and reporting functions, all according the company policies and requirements.

 Technical phone support for paid customers of Intuit QuickBooks from US time zones.  Finding process faults in using the software and suggesting best practices.  Provided Admin assistance to Project Leads in creating excel reports.  Installing new software releases on a remote screen sharing session.  Suggesting the suitable QuickBooks version for client’s requirements.  Active involvement in Sales lead generation for Enterprise customers.

 Analyzing configuration errors in Microsoft Outlook and fixing them using the Microsoft's internal Knowledge Base.  Providing resolution for application crash errors in Microsoft Office suites.  Worked mostly on configuring Outlook (2010 and all older versions), Outlook Express, and Windows Mail.  Technical help in fixing errors while installing and configuring the different Microsoft Office suites.  Answering How-to queries on Microsoft Word.  Worked in Tier 2 team to fix escalated issues.
