Global product management for Standard Alcoholates catering to the Biodiesel industry as well as, Life Science Industry (Pharma, Agro & Nutrition). Other products: Aluminium chloride, Ferric chloride, spot business for all Inorganic salts

Was responsible for integrating CIBA Process Development Research, Bradford into BASF Global Research catering to the business' of Water treatment / Oil field applications and Paper chemicals. In the process, facilitated in the setting up of a Research team and projects focusing on technologies for polyacrylamide and vinyl formamide chemistry. This also helped make the development team leaner and and more efficient.

Led a lab-team to develop new and innovative technologies and optimise existing ones across different target industries - from lab scale to production. Industries include: Polymers for cosmetic industry (hair gels, creams, gum dentures, etc), Engineering plastics for Film and packaging industry (PA), Polymers for textiles (Spandex / PolyTHF) .

Worked on improving processing / feel aspects of NSD (no-soapy detergent) and soap bars with key focus on increasing the structuring with reduced filler quantity. Developed a patent for producing a variegated soap bar formulation.
