- Recruitment and selection of candidates for Atos in Austria. - Define the needed profile according to company standards and hiring manager's requirements - Attract applicants by using various sourcing channels including local and international job sites, recruitment agencies, social media etc. - Lead the full cycle recruitment process providing feedback to both candidates and internal clients

- Coordinate and manage the HR and Training team in all aspects of their daily work across all offices - Maintain and update HR policies and procedures - Manage and update selection procedures - application tracking, interviewing, testing, background check and exit interviews - Manage performance reviews, disciplinary, grievance and dismissal processes - Manage onboarding processes for new hires, rehires, and transfers - Prepare monthly reports and analysis on key HR metrics
