The role that shaped my operating philosophy. Deploying Lean Six Sigma methodologies across APAC manufacturing sites, I led the standardization of best practices through a regional excellence network — learning that operational improvement at scale is fundamentally a leadership and culture challenge, not a process one. A conviction that has guided every subsequent leadership role.

Where the supply chain career began — at the engineering interface between laboratory development and commercial manufacturing. Leading technology transfer and product scale-up for commercial production, I developed the technical fluency that would later allow me to bridge R&D, operations, and business delivery in ways most supply chain leaders cannot. This included front end engineering design for new facilities in China and India.
