Coordinates and oversees the analysis and reporting activities related to SOHO & SME segments Coordinates and monitors the activities and processes of customer and prospect intelligence and data collection

Performs all the business customers / prospects analysis: products and packages profile and penetration, traffic evolution, connections, disconnections, orders vs. installations, customer behaviour and satisfaction analysis. Models the impact of new products and promotions on acquisition of new customers and on increasing / decreasing the value of existing customers. Applies the Data Mining and Geo-marketing tools.
