Business Manager for ESIM Chemicals' Specialties portfolio, having full P&L responsibility for this business segment and heading a team of two sales managers. Development of global product, market and sales strategies for this portfolio plus sales responsibility for North, Central and South America. Development of strategic customer partnerships and new products to strengthen the portfolio and ESIM Chemical's market position as well as to develop new markets.

Sales and planning responsibilities for the region Scandinavia, Benelux, GB & Ireland and the Americas (Northern, Central & Southern America) with a sales volume of approx. EUR 21 mln. Development of customer, market and product strategies.
