Define and embed Multi Channel Marketing and Promotional Excellence strategy and tools for the Global Vaccines Franchise of GSK in Belgium, lead six staff members alligned to the Global Vaccines Franchise of GSK. Support the team to develop best in class MCM materials and tools, using portal, webinar/video, email and ipad channels.

I acted as Hold Separate Manager of the mature Diphteria-Tetanus business in Europe and was member of the Global Deal Team of GSK. I applied the hold separate principles of the European Commission commitments to the ex-Novartis and GSK European organisation and managing the business according to the Monitoring Trustee as well as the newly set up DT matrix team in GSK. We found a buyer in the prescribed period and divested the business.

I built the vaccines business for Novartis Austria and led it as a seperate business unit with 10 employees. I was three years member of the Novartis Pharma Leadership Team and Executive Director according to Austrian trade regulations for Novartis Pharma and Alcon.
