I was in charge for the online sales activities. On the one hand, I was responsible of Sky.it website from the conversion and optimization points of view, leading users navigation to the purchase and interpreting users behaviour through anaytics tools. On the other hand, I dealt with the chat agents, to whom I had to convey guidelines, offers and promotions in order to increase the websales.

This company operates in research fields, such as natural language processing and information retrieval. The main project I worked on was called Blogmeter, a search engine for sentiment and reputation monitoring through social media analysis, commercialized as a business intelligence service for marketing. I dealt with information and data retrieval in the configuration process. I also was a trait d'union between clients and engineers, making sure that the results responded to requests.

I was employed for the largest fashion store on the net, a e-commerce company leader in its market. This role involved a set of activities, among which: -relationship and business agreements with suppliers and dealers -choice of the items to be stored on the website -order management -german telephonic and mail customer service. This experience provided me familiarity with an international and multilingual environment.
