My role at Starkos: - sourcing goods and services based on approved commodity strategies; - liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers; - negotiate pricing and term&conditions; - report on saving and achieve cost reduction targets.

• Managing the complete credit request process finalized to a new vehicle purchase by evaluating the customer credit history (solvency and re-payment reliability); • Managing a 4 people team coordinating their daily activities by constantly reviewing the key performance indicators in order to be always in line with our targets. • Daily support to dealers and Sales Representatives with the aim to solve the main problems that may happen;

• Working on the Corporate Compliance and adjustment of the internal procedures with the aim to align them to the main automotive and banking regulations (Privacy regulations, Insurance regulations, money laundering and banking regulations); • Daily support to the company management in order to handle legal problems and legal advices on banking contracts and on financial commodities sales; • Review and adjustment of the various contractual forms

Managing the collection activities finalized to recover delinquent loans.

• daily support to the Legal Affairs Manager to handle legal problems and legal advices on the Group company, to review the minutes of the Shareholders Meeting and of the Board Meeting, to coordinate and monitor the external legal consultants activities with the aim to monitor and counteract the illegal use of the trade mark from third parties
