 Led a cross-functional team in Latin America responsible for developing the eCommerce strategy for Linio, most important eCommerce customer in the region.  Developed and established the eCommerce sales channel in CP Venezuela.  Re-designed complete CP’s assortment and volume allocation process to allocate strategic products,  Developed successful Go-To-Market strategy

Identified, by converting deep market data analysis into insights, opportunities of growth for the top three supermarket chain in the country (PlanSuarez), achieving an increase of 40% sales in volume and value.  Led an initiative with the logistics and finance department to dispatch to the customer direct orders from factory, container from port and special orders, resulting in 500K$ in savings per year.

Developed and implemented a volume allocation model by store nationwide for CP´s third most important client, and number one drugstore chain in Venezuela, which allowed +98% effective product distribution while reducing 4X costs. The model was re-applied in other sales channels in CP Venezuela.  Led key negotiations for additional product exhibitions nationwide (120 stores). Ensured 3X ROI while successfully coordinating CP’s sales force executives to implemented sales strategies in the point of sale.
